My grandfather whom is a cancer survivor used to be a patient at this facility. The staff were always extremely kind and always very helpful. This place used to smell amazing, i am not exactly sure what changed but i did notice that they now have scent machines from a company called AireMaster which is known for their toxic and carcinogenic ingredients. As a cancer survivor we couldn’t stand seeing my grandfather live under these toxic conditions, the whole facility smells like feces! I really wish he could have stayed here, it was the best nursing facility by far.

I recently had a loved one stay at New Orange Hills Skilled Nursing Facility, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the care and attention they received. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that this facility stands out for its commitment to both professionalism and compassion. One of the biggest highlights for me was the communication. The staff at New Orange Hills is incredibly responsive, always keeping us updated on our loved one’s progress and addressing any questions or concerns right away. It’s not often you find a facility that prioritizes communication so highly, and it made a world of difference in our experience. The level of care is truly exceptional. The nurses and caregivers are not only knowledgeable but also warm and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure comfort and well-being. It’s clear that they treat the residents like family, offering both medical expertise and emotional support. The facility itself is beautifully maintained—clean, bright, and welcoming. The common areas have a cozy, homelike feel, and the residents are encouraged to participate in various activities that enhance their quality of life. If you’re looking for a skilled nursing facility where you can trust that your loved one will receive top-notch care with a personal touch, I wholeheartedly recommend New Orange Hills. It’s a place where both residents and families feel heard, cared for, and supported.

I'll start with the staff - they are all very nice. But, this place needs a leadership overhaul and physical rehabilitation. From the pot holes in the parking lot to the staggering incompetence - overhaul! Her urine sample was misplaced, lab work wasn't never completed and we needed answers in hours not days! The accommodations are run down, my mom's room had a window AC unit (!), and it's dark and depressing. Seriously ailing patients are mixed in with short term patients which doesn't help the well being of the short term patients - mentally and physically. My mom was experiencing GI issues (no appetite/nausea) in addition to her reason for being there (dislocated knee in full length cast). And in 2 days nothing was done to alleviate this or investigate it (because urine sample was misplaced and blood was never drawn). She didn't eat or drink for 2 days and this didn't raise the level of concern (??) Seriously, someone needs to come in and fix this place. It's shocking that the entirety of the staff cannot think critically and/or beyond the end of their noses. Niceness only goes so far, there needs to be serious competence, too. I cannot recommend this place for any reason.

After our grandfather suffered a fall down the stairs, our family was faced with the challenge of finding a skilled nursing facility that could provide the care and rehabilitation he needed. We are so thankful we chose New Orange Hills. From the start, the experience was reassuring. Brittany came to visit us at the hospital before admission, and her warmth, professionalism, and clear communication made a difficult time much easier. She helped us feel confident that our grandfather would be well cared for. Once he arrived at the facility, we were truly impressed. The nursing staff was compassionate, attentive, and always made him feel respected. The therapy team was outstanding, patient, encouraging, and deeply committed to helping him regain his strength and independence. We also have to mention the food, which far exceeded our expectations. Our grandfather looked forward to his meals every day and often commented on how good everything tasted, it really made a difference in his comfort and overall experience. Thank you to everyone at New Orange Hills for providing such excellent care and support during a time we needed it most.

We are so grateful for the outstanding care our loved one received at New Orange Hills. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and supported by the entire team. The nursing and caregiving staff were not only professional, but also kind, attentive, and compassionate. The therapy team was absolutely amazing, they played such an important role in our loved one’s recovery, showing patience and genuine care every step of the way. A special thank you to Carlos in Admissions, he made the whole process smooth and stress-free, answering all our questions and making sure we felt comfortable from day one. The administrator was also very professional and approachable, which gave us great confidence in the leadership of the facility. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Thank you all for the exceptional care and dedication!
