ORANGEBURG MANOR

I had to make the hard decision to put my dad in memory care. When I toured Orangeburg memory care I loved it. My dad is so much more active here. He is doing so well. Everyone who works there has been so kind to me. I love it here. Jennifer has been so great. She knew how hard it was for me and helped a lot.

Jennifer was an amazing help and made my family very comfortable! She helped with every step of the way and continues to make sure my Grandma has the best life there! I highly recommend Orangeburg. It was simple and perfect for me to put my Grandmother in there and she is so very happy with staff and other members.

Orangeburg Memory Care has been wonderful for my 94 year old mother. It is bright and residents have many activities they can participate in. A special shout out to Jennifer Whitely, the Director. We needed paperwork from Kaiser to move Mom in and it was a nightmare trying to get anyone from Kaiser to help, despite doing everything they asked and calling dozens of times. Jennifer didn’t give up and made it happen!!! I am very happy with the care she is receiving and highly recommend the facility.

I cannot say enough good about Orangeburg Memory Care. Jennifer has been incredibly helpful, kind, supportive and a great guide through placing my mom. Orangeburg is clean, bright and warm. I loved when we first explored my mom living there, how the residents were happy and relaxed. Placing my mom was not an easy decision, both Jennifer and Lacey (my two contacts) have been so clear, professional and genuine in their roles to help me make this decision. They are both such wonderful individuals and I feel so fortunate my mom is safe, cared for and that I have the peace of mind that her needs are met with ease, patience and respect. I’m grateful beyond measure for Jennifer and Lacey, as well as the wonderful staff at Orangeburg.

I've been calling around to find out about Memory Care facilities for my grandpa. I called in to inquire about Orangeburg's Memory Care options and had a wonderful experience. The Sales Director, Jennifer, answered my call and was so patient and understanding with my situation. Truthfully, the price she gave was out of my family's budget, but given how helpful Jennifer and her team were and the number of resources she had available for me to consider, we are sad we can't go with them! The thought of my grandpa being here eases many of my worries and I've yet to have another facility be so helpful. Making a decision like this is super stressful and quality of care is what matters most. We hope we find something that works for us soon.
