Orchard Manor I

This is a great place for your loved one! The staff is very attentive and provides care with a loving touch. The interior and exterior of the home is beautiful and very clean. A communal lifestyle is the focus with residents dining together, watching television and enjoying regular visits from a local professional guitarist/singer. My family and I can truly relax knowing that our Mom is in great care. I highly recommend scheduling a tour to experience this family-like environment.

Orchard Manor has been a wonderful experience for my Mother and my siblings and me. It is very clean and comfortable. The staff is kind, compassionate and very attentive to our Mother. We feel very lucky to have found Orchard Manor.

My mother was a resident in hospice under the compassionate care of Rodica and her incredible staff. My mother required a high level of care due to a stroke which left her completely dependent on others for activities of daily living. My mother was in and out of hospitals, skilled nursing and assisted facilities for 6 months prior to moving her to Orchard Manor. The previous assisted living facility was neglectful, and I was frustrated with empty promises of the many facilities that look nice on the outside, with different stories within. After reading reviews of Orchard Manor, I made the call. Rodica was confident and knowledgeable about my mother’s needs, and stayed ahead of her care. Her medical background is vast, and she eased many of my concerns with her many years of experience. She and her husband Dmitri are both very kind people. The home is welcoming with a quiet rhythm and routine to the day. It is impeccably clean, and always has something wonderful cooking on the stove. Beautiful gardens and porches to sit and visit in the summer. Then, there is the staff, who are nothing short of amazing. They take the best of care of the residents, and are the most kind and caring of people. They have been called to do this work, and are true angels. Lisa and Nicole have the biggest hearts, and I am so incredibly grateful for Orchard Manor in the selfless and compassionate ways they care for others. I could sleep soundly at night, knowing my dear mother was receiving the best of care.

We are very fortunate to have found Orchard Manor, Rodica, and her staff who all took excellent care of my dad. They went the extra mile for my dad, assisting him with whatever he needed. When he moved into Orchard Manor he had two wounds on his heels and a sacral wound that came from a terrible rehab facility. Rodica and her staff assisted to completely heal both of the wounds on his heels and greatly improve his sacral wound. While my dad was in the hospital, Rodica even came to visit him to check in on how he was doing. Rodica’s training as an RN and extensive medical knowledge were invaluable and helped me advocate for my dad’s health needs. She answered my calls and texts about my dad promptly and always kept me updated on how he was doing. If you are looking for an excellent place for your loved one where you can trust they will receive great care, I truly cannot recommend Orchard Manor enough.

I am a nurse and I have seen patients at Orchard Manor for 10 years. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. House is always clean and the owner of the house is always ahead of the game. Tasty home cooked meals are served on a regular basis. I strongly recommend this place.
