ORCHARD PARK AT VICTORY LAKES

This is an email I sent to the director Chris Jones. I am sending long delayed thanks and appreciation for Orchard Park's staff and care for my dad Paul Mugnier. Dad was not with y'all for very long but while he was there the staff was all incredibly wonderful. This includes EVERYONE: Nancy and Kat at reception, Robert in maintenance and his staff, all the caregivers, Kenneth in the business office, Jennifer the hairdresser, the housekeepers, Stephanie and sales, and all the memory care staff including Sasha (a true sweetie). Even after Dad was moved to the hospital, every time I came to retrieve bits from his apartment, every staff member I saw would ask after Dad and send their love to him. I want to give particular mention to Jazmin Mobley. From the first time I met her when she came to see my dad for the initial evaluation, through the last day when I was clearing out his apartment, I cannot give enough praise to Jazmin. I had a very poor experience with a rehab facility nursing staff, which made me realize that a health/wellness/nursing director can set the entire tone for a facility and reinforced my appreciation for Jazmin. Jazmin is kind, caring, professional, supportive, smart as heck, no nonsense, efficient, direct, helpful, honest, thorough — I could go on and on. Her patience with me and her responsiveness to my continual questions at any time of the day or night was truly amazing. She was my "go to" for everything. Simply put, she is the best, and the quality of the memory unit staff and care reflects her attentive management and caring heart. Thank you again. I love and appreciate Orchard Park, and will recommend it highly to anyone searching for a quality memory care facility. If Dad had not needed a much higher level of care, we would still be there. I miss everyone and am so grateful to have found you.

My mom has been at a couple memory cares but this one is where I feel she is at her best. Karina the med tech in memory care has been extra exceptional! My mom is very picky with who she adores at this stage and she tells me she loves Karina. Also, the communication from her has been the best she lets me know all concerns with mom right away. She is kind, compassionate and empathetic with her patients and genuinely think she treats them as she would her own grandma. Overall, the care and staff have been great as well. I am happy with the care. She is always well groomed and clean when I pick her up from there.

Our family is so grateful to have found Orchard Park. After visiting several places, it was clear that the atmosphere here is different. The staff treats my mom well. They are attentive to her needs, from medication management to keeping the room spotless. It gives us such peace of mind knowing she is safe and content.

As the daughter of a resident at Orchard Park at Victory Lakes, I cannot say enough good things about the positive changes brought by the new management team. The difference has been noticeable and incredibly reassuring. From improved communication to the overall atmosphere in the community, everything feels more organized, caring, and intentional. The leadership team is present, responsive, and genuinely invested in the well-being of both residents and families. I feel informed, listened to, and confident that my mom is being cared for with compassion and respect. Mom is so happy and active with her friends, I wish I would've made the decision to move her into Orchard Park at Victory Lakes sooner. I highly recommend Orchard Park at Victory Lakes to families looking for a place where their loved ones will be treated like family.

My husband was a resident at Orchard Park for several months. I would like to acknowledge the excellent care he received from Karina T, a med tech, regarding his medications. She performed well above expectations, and made his transition both to and from Orchard Park as smooth as possible.
