ORCHARD PARK OF PERMIAN BASIN

I cannot say enough about Casandra at Orchard Park. My Mom made the decision to move to Independent Living.This is our Third family member to need services. My husbands Aunt and Mother lived in the Memory Care Unit. We were extremely pleased with the care. We specifically chose Orchard Park for my Mom due to previous experiences. Casandra was our Angel during those most difficult times of our lives. We lost our sweet Celestia 1 year ago in the Memory Care Unit surrounded by us her family. Casandra was so much more than an Administrator. She was our life line. Orchard Park is so fortunate to have such a compassionate, caring hard working Individual. So glad she is here for my Moms adventures at Orchard Park! Thank you and Lisa is a doll as well!

My mother moved into the assisted living area of Orchard Park two weeks ago and she loves it. Everyone there is so kind and has such a loving disposition. Lisa Tankersley is a joy to work with especially with getting mother admitted. She was available anytime I had questions or needed help. She is wonderful!! KaSandra Lee, the Executive Director explained the contract in detail and was so pleasant. The inside decor is beautiful and the outside patios are large areas with plenty of seating and even have a grill for cookouts. I would highly recommend Orchard Park for your loved ones. A perfect place for Mom and Dad! Lisa Tankersly has been beyond helpful in getting my parents settled into Orchard Park. She has been heaven sent...an angel on Earth. I love how she loves on all the residents. She is genuinely caring for all the residents. She makes herself available day or night. I don't know what we would have done without her.

There is nothing harder than placing your parents in assisted living or memory care. After looking at several in Midland and Odessa, we chose Orchard Park. The facilities are nice, clean and we loved the activities with the memory care side. Lisa was a huge help in getting my dad set up reassuring us it would all be okay. Everyone there has been very supportive to us and my dad as he gets settled in. I can’t say enough about the employees, from the front desk, nursing staff, aides, maintenance and especially Lisa as they have gone above and beyond!

There have been challenges this past year - Covid, staffing, lack of activities, flood/moving/repairs. Management have worked hard to provide a safe, clean, pleasant place to live. Photo - Odessa HS Choir lunchtime Christmas performance.
