Orchard Pointe Senior Alzheimer Community

My mother has been a resident at Orchard Pointe for about 8 months now. I can’t say enough good things about this place. The staff are friendly, attentive and seem to really care about the residents. They have daily activities for the residents from exercise, arts and crafts, sing alongs and more. It’s a devastating thing to put your parent in a memory facility, but knowing my mom is safe and cared for really makes a world of difference.

Very pleased with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facility. Most pleased with staff support, readily provides time to discuss my LO, they are friendly, courteous, respectful of visitors and of more importance, the guests. Roxy, Christy, Gabby and Allyson (just a few that I can remember) have been phenomenal in their personalized care for my Auntie. Supremely pleased with Angie, a marked improvement in facility standards, expectation and facility administration from an POA perspective), Staff Accountability is visibly evident, much appreciated Thank you for your splendid efforts. As a hospice nurse, I love seeing patients at Orchard Pointe. It feels like a family, with staff working together and residents feeling at home here. I always know I can count on administration and nursing to serve my patients at this amazing facility.
