Thank you to all the staff at Crestview for providing a warm, happy and safe environment for Mom over the past 2 years! You have made such a positive difference in her senior years.

A loved one recently moved out of Crestview Assisted Living. The staff are very important to places like this, and the Care Director, Nancy Ruminaki, was amazing. She is knowledgeable, preceptive, and caring & hires good caregivers. We had very helpful conversations about how to better meet our loved one's needs that were initiated by Nancy. Nancy really took time and attention to get to understand her and arrange for what she needed. Another thing we liked was that each house had a home-like environment. It is a group of residents who have their own bedrooms but come together for meals at a kitchen table and socialize in the living room. The caregiver who stays in the houses is able to get to know the residents in a way that isn't possible at larger places. Our loved one was there for a little less than a year, although we were anticipating her living there longer, I am thankful that she had the time that she did and had Nancy's help. She had to leave due to her level of care needs increasing. If you have a loved one who is finding that they are needing to move to an assisted living facility, this is a good place.
