Ossian Health Care And Rehabilitation Center

Ossian Health and Rehabilitation center, is a fabulous rehabilitation center. The staff here is very high Quality, the communication is unmatched, and they will guide you through their processes. The way they made me feel here was that my family member was the most important person in their facility. My relationship with Ossian Health is beyond me being grateful of their skill, it’s to the point of me being in amazement. So very thankful!

We moved our dad from another Assisted Living facility to Ossian Health as we hoped for better outcomes with therapy. Ossian Health therapy exceeded all expectations and dad's health has really stabilized and improved. All the staff are wonderful!

This place has been wonderful. Jill Cox worked her butt off to get us in here quickly. She does an awesome job. She's beautiful, kind, friendly, caring, and a bubbly person, just wonderful. This is the cleaniest building I have ever been in! It smells good looks great staff are kind and polite. very helpful with anything we needed. great place!!
