Oswego Place Assisted Living Community

Our team loves coming to this community. Julie, the RN, Meghan the RCC, Porché the Activities Director, along with multiple other staff like med techs, caregivers, housekeeping, front desk and kitchen are all super friendly and genuinely appear to care about their residents. They are great with communication and, as an outside vendor coming in to help care for residents, this appears to be a place I would highly recommend.

Hardly any staff on site, the mangers are so rude along with Gina. I still can’t believed they transferred her and had her fire my grandmother, it was definitely targeted. The owners of this chain of retirement communities are truly a disgusting corporate owned business only seeking money and not in best interest of the elderly. Edit; you know who my grandmother is, her name is Barbara. She worked at Bonaventure of Tigard and this location, look into your files. Also, totally false about your residents giving 9/10. The Vancouver has had no activity director for months, housekeeping and assisting living has declined so much their rooms have become dirty. Just look at bonaventure Vancouver reviews.

Kammi was truly an angel and an answered prayer. She was professional, responsive and kind. She was a blessing in this process of finding our dad an ALF
