Otterbein Franklin Seniorlife Comm Res & Com Care

I was at Otterbein Rehab for 3 weeks after surgery. I had excellent care from the medical staff and therapists. They are all very caring, thoughtful, friendly. and they treated me like I was their only patient. I was very happy with all of this special attention and great care!

I spent several weeks in Otterbein rehab after breaking 6 ribs. This included a couple of stays at St. Francis due to breathing issues. I was very well taken care of, loved the staff and hopefully made some lasting friendships. Staff was professional, caring, and sometimes just plain fun. I never felt overlooked, forgotten or not important to everyone.

Upon retirement we decided to move to Otterbein Franklin in January of 2021 following an intensive evaluation of this facility and numerous others. We have been delighted with the duplex we have moved in to as well as the many friends, neighbors and activities in the community. The exercise area, classes, seated volleyball, etc. keep us motivated and active. We have enjoyed the updates at the main building and look forward to the next phases of upgrades. When we had any issues, they have been addressed promptly and efficiently. With recent health issues, it has been a piece of mind having mowing and snow removal done for us. Debbi and Mark

We have only lived here in the cottages a few weeks. We left a house where we had lived for 30 years. The move was seamless with the help of the residence coordinator, Cindy Workman. We have met the nicest people and everyone is so helpful and friendly, whether it be someone on the staff or a resident. We have had an opportunity to meet some long-time residents and everyone says the same. They love it here. The many well thought out activities include everyone of different interests and abilities. We visited several facilities and Otterbein was the most appealing.

I love living at Otterbein Franklin! I have met so many nice people! Wonderful neighbors. They have so many activities & health & wellness classes! We have groups come in to entertain us. Hibachi grill & a Bistro that are fabulous. So pleasant to walk around here & oh, we have outdoor games! Pickleball, Boche Ball, cornhole & shuffleboard. Bingo & Euchre & seated volleyball. A clubhouse with pool. Travel opportunities, just so much to enjoy or take a day off & just relax at home reading. This was the best decision for me!
