My husband was coming to this facility for daycare at first. Nice facility, at that time, and caring people. I made arrangements for him to begin full time and had given them a deposit the day before. All of a sudden, the day he was to start, they had a change in management. They cut hours to staff so the people he had a relationship with had to leave because they couldn’t get enough hours. The staff that was left were pared down and very young. Had a problem come up and talked to the management company who told me all kinds of things but didn’t even know my husbands name. Said they had read his file but still did not know who he was. Bad. I have since heard that the owner changes management quite often. How can that be good for dementia patients? I found a wonderful place as soon as we left and never looked back.
