Our House is such a welcoming environment. The staff are really nice to the residents and visitors. They care for my grandma as if she was their grandma. I love all the activities they have going on and how they get the residents involved.

Our House Assisted Living in Chippewa Falls, WI is a wonderful facility. The staff takes exceptional care of the residents. My 98 year old aunt has lived there since February, 2024, and is very happy. She enjoys the meals and the activities she can participate in.

Great place for my mother to live. Staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. Always very welcoming. Management is good at communication and follow through with medical needs and keeping me informed. It has been a great team partnership working with all the staff and management at the Our House facility and you can feel your loved one is well cared for here.

Our House Assisted Living has a wonderful team starting from the top down. Everyone treats you like family from the second you walk in the door. The care the residents receive is beyond exceptional. This place is top notch and I would recommend Our House Assisted Living to anyone looking for a place for their loved one.

Our House Senior Living in Chippewa Falls was an excellent placement for my mother. The staff was caring and supportive. The director and assistant director (Amanda and Stacey) were phenomenal! They worked with me in establishing the best care for my mom, which changed pretty quickly. They helped me navigate problems with hospice (related to closing of St Joseph’s). They offered suggestions but were always accepting of what I thought. I am so appreciative of the kindness and concern showed to my mother, as well as me and my sister, as my mom passed on.
