Emailed the head person for this place regarding drug use with employees and they disregard it and refused to do drug screens. If you have family residing here, keep an eye on them. We provided the name along with photos of their employee doing a heavy drug and they protected her to keep working there with the elderly.

We were fortunate enough to have my wife’s grandmother spend the last chapter in her life here. The staff was very friendly and patient with her growing needs at this in her life. We were left feeling grateful for the care that was provided at Our House. Many thanks to the staff and management.

Approximately five months ago we transferred Mom to Our House from a different memory care facility. It was a welcome change to have staff so engaged with her, making her feel secure and loved. While her dementia has advanced in recent months, they have not given up on her, always finding ways to encourage interaction and finding ways to make her smile and respond appropriately to their communication efforts. I can’t say enough about the great staff - they treat us as family and are willing to address any concerns we might have. If you have a loved that has been diagnosed with memory care issues I would strongly recommend Our House.

Our House in Eau Claire, WI. They do care and we can tell by the pictures they share and the updates we receive from social workers and staff. When mom is having a difficult time the staff knows how to redirect her to more positive things. They post on Facebook the activities they do - it's always so nice to see their happy faces. We're blessed that our loved ones get to share movies and meals with each other. Clothes and bodies are clean. Meals are yummy. There's always a couple special days each month and birthdays are recognized, too. The residents and staff are like one big family. Thank you. :-)

The kindness & dedication of the staff is apparent every time I visit. I rest assured my loved one is being well taken care of. The variety of activities are truly amazing. Always something to do if it is so desired. I appreciate the patience and care the staff give to the residents. I am not there 24/7 but couldn't be happier knowing my loved one and the other residents are being treated with respect at all times even during those difficult times. After each visit I leave with a smile on my face and a happy heart.
