OUR HOUSE NEW RICHMOND MEMORY CARE

The management and staff at Our House in New Richmond are so kind, loving and compassionate. They truly treat each resident like family. The facility always smells amazing when I walk in and the residents all look so happy! Not to mention the space is so homey and cute!

My Dad just loves living at Our House! Every time I come to visit him the staff are amazing and very attentive to the needs of their residents. I can't stop smiling when I see all the staff and residents participating in the activities during the day. There is always a smile on the staffs faces and they seem genuinely happy and enjoy everything they do. I can't thank you enough for what you do!

My Mom has been at Our House for around six months now. The staff is engaged and caring, treating her with kindness, respect and humor! Daily activities are available for her to participate in, which she loves! They are great in communicating with me if any issue arises. The homelike setting is comfortable, and so much nicer than a "hospital" feel. She can have her art projects and crafts to work on in her room, in addition to the group activities in the shared spaces.. We are always welcomed when we come to visit, and never treated like we're imposing. Our House has been a real blessing for our family!

I feel like my mom had a comfortable and safe place to live at Our House. There was definitely a sense of community and residents have plenty of social interaction. She was able to bring her beloved house plant and other comforts of her home. She was treated kindly and with dignity and respect. The house is set up conveniently for residence to maneuver their way around with homey rooms and lovely outdoor spaces. She had plenty of activities to stay busy and home cooked meals she enjoyed while visiting with others in the dining area. Her experience there right up to the end of her life was met our expectations. I would not hesitate using this facility again.

My mother was lived at Our House memory care/assisted living in November of 2020. This is the best place ever that my mother or anyone could live in to get care for her dementia. The staff/nurses there are the best as they not only care for their residents, but become like one of there family members. Our House is a small care facility where they make you feel the residents at home and part of there family. The level of attention and care is the best I’ve ever seen. The whole staff is just so kind and loving with not only the residents, but the close family members as well. I highly recommend this place for care for anyone! Thank you so much for being there for my mother until the end and us!
