Our House of Tooele

My dad just moved here and he is loving it! The staff is great, the facility is so nice! My dad enjoys the food! Our house is a family feeling communities for their residents ! I am so happy my dad is here! The admission process was amazing, Crystal is awesome to work with! Thank you for everything

We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience working with Our House. They are very helpful in answering all our questions and providing the information we needed. They truly care about their residents and their employees. The size of their community is not so large residents can get lost in the crowd but large enough to feel a sense of community. We are excited to move my mom and her sister into their new home next week. They are also excited too.

I am researching assisted living care for my 78-year-old sister and am thrilled to have discovered Our House in Tooele! It is by far her best option and we can’t wait to have a room come available. Having lived in Tooele for the past 27 years, Our House is near my sister’s home and is in a familiar area. The residents there seem very happy and the whole atmosphere is uplifting. One resident told us, “Everyone is friendly here and we look out for each other.” The facility is absolutely beautiful. Crystal is the kindest soul and has been incredibly helpful in showing us around and answering all of our questions. Should Memory Care ever be needed in the future, I don’t believe there is any other facility around that offers better care and comfort for the price. I am so impressed by the quality of care, the resources, and the facility that I am tempted to move there myself when I am in need of living assistance!

I have seen firsthand the positive impact that Our House has on its residents and their families. The staff is compassionate, hardworking, and truly committed to providing quality care. The building is always clean and the team goes above and beyond to create a homey environment.

I've always dreaded the idea of having to move a parent into assisted living. My mother has severe dementia and with the prospect of her husband passing away and having only a part time care-giver, I needed solutions. I found a newly started day program called 'Lighthouse' at the "Our House" assisted living facility. It was truly a game changer. Not only did I have daytime care for my mother, it was filled with games, crafts, snacks and loving people. Being out of town, I especially loved the frequent photos and videos on the Facebook page. After a year, my mother began to decline quickly and she was no longer safe in her home. We had already experienced the excellent and loving care of Lighthouse and Our House. Our House also has one of the few memory care units in the area. The move happened much faster and more efficiently than expected. Needless to say, we were not completely prepared to make the move. Our House made sure she had everything needed until we could gather things from her home. Everyone made outstanding efforts for a smooth transition with my mother's experience and comfort at the forefront. I can not imagine a better transition to assisted living, not just for my mother, but for everyone who loves her and worried about her. There is no greater gift than peace of mind.
