OUR HOUSE REEDSBURG ASSISTED CARE

The care and concern the workers have for the residents is amazing at Our House in Reedsburg. My Great-Aunt was there for more that 13 months. It was just what she needed, and her family knew she was cared for. It was great for family gatherings. Thanks to the staff for all their assistance in caring for a wonderful woman.

My mother has been at Our House a little more than a year. The facility is very clean and well maintained. It has a very welcoming and inviting feeling to it. They do such a nice job decorating during all the holidays. There are numerous activities to participate in, yet there isn’t any pressure or expectation to join if you don’t desire. My mother enjoys the food and always looks forward to dining with her friends. Lesley, Karen, Julie and the entire staff do a wonderful job. They are respectful, compassionate and attentive. I believe they truly care about my mother and have made her transition to assisted living a positive experience. My mother has had a couple of medical needs over the past year. Each time they addressed them expediently and properly. They were vey good about providing updates to me. My mother tells me often that the people are so nice and what a good job they do. I do not live in the immediate area so it gives me peace of mind knowing she is safe and in such good hands. Thank you Our House for all you do!

My mother has been here since 2018. It didn't take long for her to call this home. She loves having her own room where she can have her own furniture and decorations. The rooms are large, and each one has their own 1/2 bathroom. The staff has always been very friendly, helpful and has taken excellent care of her over the last 5 years. If you are looking for assisted living for a loved one I would highly encourage you to consider Our House in Reedsburg.

Our House in Reedsburg is THE best assisted living facility you’ll find in the five county area. Both my parents went there together. They were treated with dignity and respect—something that’s often lacking in nursing homes. The patience and compassion of both the management and line staff set an example other facilities to follow. I give them a perfect five star rating.

I have So Many wonderful things to say about Our House Assisted Living! Lesley and Karen are AMAZING and I would never have been able to care for my parents from 2000 miles away without them! Not only did they care for them daily until they both passed away but they went to medical appointments with them and kept me updated on everything! All the staff treated my parents with care and respect! I appreciate everything they have done for my parents and the peace of mind they gave me! I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of a loving caring environment for their parents! Thank you to everyone at Our House for caring for my parents like they were family!
