OUR HOUSE RIVER FALLS MEMORY CARE

Our mom was a resident at Our House River Falls for 2 1/2 years. It was an emotional time for our family but she was warmly welcomed as were we. Elli and the entire staff provided compassionate care and love. Our mom was treated with dignity and respect. We found that the staff often provided above and beyond support which included helping to care for her beloved cat the last weeks of her life. This kind offer of assistance meant so very much to our mom and to our family. Our mom saw the staff as family and they treated her like family. Elli always took as much time to talk as we needed when questions came up and this grew our trust early on. Thank you Elli and the entire Our House River Falls staff for your care, the laughter, the special events and making holidays special. Thank you for the outings and field trips, the music, gardening and the cool drinks on warm summer afternoons on the front and back patios. You make a difference and you are so appreciated!

While visiting during the Easter event my family enjoyed seeing all the smiles and happy residents interacting with the children. An amazing facility that does everything they can to make it feel like home to all.

The activities for the winter are so joyful and engaging for the residents and guests! Great job Our House for bringing in carolers and decorating for the season cheer!

What a wonderful place. Our mother has been here for six months. The staff has turned a difficult circumstance into something good. Everyone here is so friendly and caring. We have all been treated with respect and professionalism. Our mom is now safe and well cared for.

Our House in River Falls is wonderful. It has a very peaceful environment just like you were in your own home. The workers are all very compassionate and take the best care of the residents who live there.
