Our Lady of Perpetual Help Health Center

My mother spent about nine months in the memory care unit at Our Lady, and then when she broke her hip, she transitioned to the nursing center at Our Lady after a brief rehab stay at another facility. I can't say enough good things about the care my mother received at Our Lady, especially after seeing how things were at the rehab facility. All of the staff treated us and our mother as if we were family. I feel truly blessed that my mom was able to spend the last 15 months of her life at Our Lady of Perpetual Help.

The staff at Our Lady of Perpetual Help (OLPH) has been great taking care of my father. However, OLPH transportation services need to improve! I have tried to reserve a ride for my father to see his heart doctor or other specialist, and he is never available. He told me he was unavailable cause he had another patient to transport. I then find out he was getting the vehicle serviced. Which is the real reason? OLPH recommended a local cab service that never showed up twice. I am now forced to reserve medical transportation that is not covered. They need to improve services or get another driver. How about using an automated calendar so everyone can see if the driver is available?

Our Lady of Perpetual Help is a wonderful place to live. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful, compassionate, patient, and quick to respond to concerns. As a caregiver for my Mom, I feel I have a caring team on my side. Our heartfelt thanks to each staff member. God bless you all!

My goodness...I'm glad I picked OLPH! I checked out a lot of places before deciding on OLPH, and I am more than happy I chose them.  Mom's been here close to a year, and I have no complaints.  ANY issues are always addressed.  The staff is always considerate and upbeat.  I appreciate the phone calls from staff on any change in status or for approval of any change in care.  They have MANY activities and encourage her to attend those that still benefit her as her health declines.  And, if Mom's happy, we're all happy!

My father was in Our Lady for over 2 years and I have to say I was very pleased with the care he received. It is a beautiful home for all it residents. The staff goes the extra mile for each and everyone of it residents. If you are looking for a place for your love one you can rest assure they will be well care for at Our Lady. My father could be very difficult but Our Lady staff cared and loved him like family.
