Our Lady of the Valley

My grandma had to come here for rehab from an incident she had recently. Overall, the experience for her was okay but her day shift experience wasn't so pleasant due to lack of attention when she needed help as well as attitude had a role to play with it too. If it was not for Brandon on evening (night) shift she would have been absolutely horrible with her stay here. Brandon went above and beyond with his hospitality and always made sure my grandmother was taken cared of while he was there. From speaking with him occasionally on the phone to hearing his voice from her phone, he is absolutely the best, and we greatly appreciate his role at Lady of the Valley. She received the care she needed and overall, everything was great but just a minor few of the people working in the facility did make her feel welcomed. She greatly appreciated Brandon, and we cannot thank him enough. So, thank you so much Brandon!

Our Lady is such a beautiful facility. The care that is provided is genuine and heartfelt. Having rehab, LTC, memory care, and ALF they are able to address your loved ones needs.

This place rushed my mom out, she was dying but we wanted to bring her home to pass away, before she was even discharged they had already had some one waiting on the room And per one of the employees there I was told her stay was covered. My mom passed away. A month later im getting a bill for 1400. Sorry shes deceased and cannot pay. Not to mention my mom needed help with eating. I would get there and she would be in the dining room at a table alone with her food sitting in front of her and her head hanging down. Found a fork in her bed. I do not recommend this place at all!! They are all about the money!!

I work closely with the social worker and admission director who have excellent communication and coordinate excellent care. My uncle was here and had a great experience, he raved about the food, and the cleanliness and care. He got rehabilitated within a couple weeks and got stronger and was able to discharge home. highly recommended

My grandmother recently stayed at Our Lady of the Valley for skilled nursing care, and she hasn’t stopped talking about how wonderful her experience was. She’s been in other facilities before, but she said this was by far the best place she’s ever been. She loved the delicious food and was especially impressed with her beautiful private room. She said it felt like a peaceful retreat. She also had nothing but praise for her therapy team, who were kind, encouraging, and instrumental in helping her recover quickly. She’s now back home and doing great, and she’s already recommending OLOV to friends and family who may need skilled care in the future. We’re so grateful for the excellent care she received!
