Our Promise Care Homes at Falls Church

Our experience with Our Promise on Lake Boone Trail was extraordinary. My Mother lived there from August 2024 to December 2025 and it was the best decision we could have made for her care. The staff is incredible and easy to work with. I visited at all times of the day and she was always cared for in the most wonderful way, always clean and bathed, fed with homemade cooking and most importantly treated with respect and love. I am so thankful for all of the staff but especially Brian, Angelica, Michelle, Danielle, Shelsea and Maya. You took wonderful care of our mother and we will always be thankful. Losing her was so sad and painful, but the staff here even helped guide us through that process with love ♥️🙏

My mom was a resident at Our Promise Care homes on Falls Church Rd for one year. I visited many homes before deciding on this one and I'm so glad I did. The staff there took care of her like she was family. During her last week before passing I was able to spend the night with her and hold her hand all night long. The staff was accommodating, gave us our space and also were there to support us with whatever we needed. Even her hospice nurse said if she had to go somewhere this is where she would go. Losing my mom was one of the hardest times of my life. The care and support that our entire family received during her last days made it much easier. I am forever grateful for this team.
