Our Promise Care Home lives up to and goes beyond the promise they make to care for your loved one. My mom spent her last 6 months in the Wake Forest home and I am incredibly grateful to Brian and all of the wonderful staff for the patience, love and care they provided during a challenging time. The care home setting provides 24 hour “hands-on care” that you can not duplicate in a large facility. The home is always fresh and clean, the beds are made, the laundry is done, the residents are up, dressed and fed and ready (for those willing to participate) for “silver sneakers” - the morning exercise activity. The staff works closely with the family to keep them informed. When looking for the right place for my parent I worked with an awesome senior living specialist (Colleen Jones) and count it as a blessing she helped us find this care home. I highly recommend Our Promise Care Homes.

Our Promise Care Homes in Wake Forest is a great option for those needing assisted living. The home like environment, cozy feel, outgoing staff and location is very unique.

Our Promise Care Home in WF is a caring and family-oriented environment for my elderly mom. The owner, house manager and staff are very friendly, approachable and encourage families to be involved. I’ve gotten to know the staff and they are caring and respectful with my mom. Any questions that I have are immediately addressed and I’m kept in the loop on all health issues or concerns. The home is beautifully decorated, modern (calming), nutritious meals and very clean. Family/friends are always welcome to visit.

I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an assisted living home. The quality of living is top tier.

What a wonderful experience my Dad had at his newly found home. The remaining time he had, was spent with wonderful caregivers and people that really cared. The managers were always available to answer questions and more importantly you could tell they genuinely cares. I would highly recommend these guys for anyone looking for a new home for your loved one.
