OUTLOOK SENIOR CARE LLC

My mom is currently staying at Outlook - her late husband stayed there until he passed and was very comfortable so this was Mom's choice to go. I am incredibly happy about the facility. Calin, the owner, is hands on and very dedicated to the care of all the residents. All the caregivers are warm, caring and very detail oriented which matters in this situation. The facility is a remodeled house so it bypasses the hospital, or quasi-condo feeling. Outlook feels like a home. There is a communal room with a TV, a very nice dining and living room and best of all, a fantastic backyard with benches, fruit trees and plants. Mom's room is extremely comfortable with her own bathroom and TV and this was the room her late husband stayed in so it was familiar to her. The room is fully prepped for handicap movement, bathing and toilet. Not every room has these amenities but it was important to me that Mom had them. The meals are all hand prepared and healty. The home is very clean and all the laundry is done by the caregivers. I couldn't be happier with the location Mom is staying at right now.

Thank you Calin and your amazing team for caring for my Grammy. She was there for a short time, but received so much love and kindness at the end of her life. The staff sang with her and I'll always remember the last day I was with her she smelled so clean and beautiful and was so well cared for! The home is also gorgeous! Can't thank you all enough for the angels there 💜

The care team and owner at Outlook are warm, kind, patient, and so very caring. They took excellent care of my father during his last few months. I always felt welcome and knew he was being looked after with loving eyes. I highly recommend this wonderful home full of exceptional people.

My father just passed away on 2/14/25. I live in Texas but was able to fly out in time to spend his last few days with him. I also came out for Christmas for a visit. The facility and location are awesome! My sister lives in Auburn and she decided to move Dad from a skilled nursing facility in the Bay Area to Outlook in August 2024 and it turned out to be a great decision. Outlook was a true "home" for Dad, so much nicer than the hospital-like facility he was moved from. I just want to say a sincere "thank you" to Calin, Clover, Byron, Lisa and Lexi for taking such great care of Dad. I know he really enjoyed his time there. Thank you also for showing such care and compassion for me and my sister. If you're looking for a senior care facility, I highly recommend you pay a visit to Outlook!

It’s hard to know where to start to say how grateful we are to everyone at Outlook Senior Care. From the moment we moved my father into this home, we knew he was in wonderful hands. The owner, Calin, went out of his way to get to know my Dad and to do whatever he could do to make him comfortable and to communicate with us. The caregivers were kind, attentive, and gave him the best care and attention. The home is so warm and welcoming and our whole family enjoyed our visits there. This large house sits in a beautiful neighborhood with beautiful views! We lost our Dad (at 97 years old) in August but cannot be more appreciative of the kindness and care he received at Outlook. We thank them from the bottom of our hearts.
