Ovation at Sienna Hills

Steer clear of Ovation. There are plenty of other options where they actually care about the residents and the care they are receiving. This place boasts “luxury” but it is far from it. Their care is below average, they barely interact with the residents, and staff to the bare minimum because their occupancy is too low to pay for the huge building they have. The directors try & they care about the residents but upper management and ownership just care about meeting budgets. They are constantly laying off the good staff due to “funding or budgets” just to turn around and hire someone new who has to start over with the residents and staff. Since this place has been open (only 5 years) they’ve been through several management teams. Don’t come here for stability, kindness, or genuine care.

There are two sections of this senior living facility. The north building is for independent living. I visited the south building that is for assisted living with memory care unit on the ground floor. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The builds very clean. There is a nice laundry room, a game room, an exercise room..... The patio area is also very inviting. I give 4 star rating because the dining choices are somewhat limited. Same standard menu everyday with one or two daily specials.

Erick and his team do such a great job over at Ovation! If you have not been yet….You really need to visit! The food is amazing, the activities are fun and if I was old enough, I’d want to move in there today! Check it out!

Ovation took amazing care of my mom. From the intake Sandie was so kind and attentive to all our needs. Amy and Andie were such great leaders for her nursing care and they all cared about her like a family member. Ovation is such a wonderful home for loved ones.

I have had the opportunity to experience the fantastic facilities and services provided by the assisted living and memory care facility, at Ovation Sienna Hills, in Washington, UT. I have been thoroughly impressed. My husband has been living in the memory care facility for over six months, and from the moment we walked in, he has been well taken care of. The staff at this facility deserves high praise because they display a genuine passion for caring for the residents and have gone above and beyond to ensure that my husband's well-being and happiness are a priority. The staff members are knowledgeable and compassionate and treat each resident with respect and dignity. The physical environment of the facility is exceptional. It is clean, well-maintained, and designed to provide residents with a comfortable and stimulating experience. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings and numerous common areas for socializing and recreational activities. The attention to detail has created a safe and beautiful living space is evident. Additionally, the memory care services provided are exceptional. The staff members are extensively trained to cater to the specific needs of individuals with cognitive decline. They recognize that those with dementia still have personalities and treat them accordingly. Overall, my experience at Ovation is nothing short of excellent. The compassionate staff, beautiful environment, and comprehensive range of services create a nurturing and supportive community for its residents. Families can rest assured knowing their loved ones are receiving high-quality care and can live their lives to the fullest. I highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking an assisted living and memory care home that prioritizes excellence and compassion.
