The Overlook at Toccoa

Everyone is so nice. Our mother receives great care. A very clean, nice facility.

I haven't actually been to the facility but I had wonderful interaction via phone. They gave me the information I needed. After looking at the website, I was impressed with their facility's beautiful surroundings, the room setup, and their amenities.

Everything about our experience and interaction with the staff at the Overlook at Toccoa has been positive. The facility is clean, the food delicious and the staff are very friendly and attentive. We are very thankful to have our family member there.

The people at the Overlook have gone above and beyond to accommodate us and make Dad’s move from FL to GA a wonderful experience. MaRae is very quick to respond to any questions we have. The food is delicious, and their policy of letting family eat with their resident family member any time for FREE is amazing. Both the residents and aides are happy and friendly. The facility smells good and is clean and beautiful. The residents are treated with dignity and respect. We are extremely thankful for them.

The kind, loving, thoughtful, hard-working staff at Overlook are exemplary. Every caregiver there is compassionate, calm, and absolutely dedicated. They genuinely love their residents and family members of the residents. Phenomenal listeners, I am grateful to each and every one of them for their patience and understanding. The goodness they consistently give my brother Jonathan makes my life sweeter, as well.
