OWL'S HEAD GROUP HOME

The Homestead is Awesome! They have been taking care of my Mom since 2020 and I have had zero issues. JoAnn the owner is super helpful and they staff is fantastic! She was safe and very well cared for all through COVID and the Homestead was over 18-months, as I recall, without a single COVID case.

I visited recently. There was no sign to indicate if you were at the correct location. Appeared clean and neat. Staff friendly but understaffed. Protocols for a first time visitor did not go smooth. I waited for quite some time to be shown or told where my person was located. Communication was lacking with phone calls and visit. Patient has gone down hill rapidly in just a few months. I am very concerned.

Well kept property. Extremely clean and sanitary. Residents are well cared for by professional staff.

Very congested. Lots of patients in a small area.
