OXFORD GLEN AT GRAND PRAIRIE

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Oxford Glen Memory Care—particularly as a vendor. I currently have an invoice that is well past due, and despite repeated emails and calls, I have not received clear answers on when payment can be expected. Communication has been inconsistent at best, and there appears to be no accountability around vendor payment timelines. I am also aware that other vendors have experienced similar issues, which is troubling. What makes this especially frustrating is that in the past, I have moved residents out of this community due to concerns with care. After seeing staffing changes and being told improvements were made, I decided to give the community another opportunity and work with them again. Unfortunately, the ongoing lack of professionalism and follow-through—particularly regarding financial obligations—has raised serious concerns. I hope leadership addresses these issues promptly. Vendors should not have to chase payment, and clear communication should be a baseline expectation.

As a hospice nurse of over 10 years, I have been to numerous memory care facilities. This facility is amazing with how it is set up for their residents. You can tell that it was highly thought through with the memory impaired in mind. They are a step above the rest!

WOW" Oxford Glen On Friday for the Diamond Pearl and Demin Party. The staff done a Wonderful job walking in to the party on a shimmering silver carpet the decoration was amazing the ladies of Oxford Glen had on Diamond and Pearls with Demin jackets and the Gentleman of Oxford Glen had on Cowboy hat's the music was Great the staff Danced with everyone and the Food was "Spectacular Delicious " All the Care and Compassion that the Entire Staff at Oxford Glen from Entrance to the Exit on a Daily basis is Extraordinary so much Love ❤️
