Oxford Grand truly feels like home. I had the opportunity to tour the community, and I was genuinely impressed by the love and care they pour into their residents each day. From the engaging activities to the thoughtfully prepared meals—you can tell the chef puts heart and intention into everything he creates. This community is truly centered on caring for and honoring seniors. Myesha Williams, the Director of Sales, made the experience even more special. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive, answering all of my questions and providing the peace of mind we all hope for when exploring care options for a loved one. Her compassion and knowledge truly stand out. The Oxford Grand has literally been life changing for my mom. Living on her own was becoming difficult for her, and her health was deteriorating fast. We knew we had to make a change. We visited several assisted living facilities in the area, and the Oxford Grand was an easy choice for us. From the attentive and friendly staff to the meticulously-maintained facilities to the amazing number of activities they offer, no where else compared to what Oxford had to offer. After just a few months at being at the Oxford Grand, she was moving much better, and she was happier than she's been in a long time. She was originally a little reluctant to move to assisted living, but now she wishes she had done it sooner. When I asked if she's made any new friends, she rattled off at least 30 names from memory. She couldn't be happier.

Oxford Grand is an exceptional assisted living facility. Their staff are caring, compassionate and genuinely invested in the wellbeing of the residents. My parents have lived at Oxford Grand for 14 months. The majority of the staff knew them by name within the first week, and the staff have made a concerted effort to know both me and my brother. The head nurse at Ox G, Susan Taylor, has been invaluable with guidance and medical care advice during a particularly difficult health period with my mom. The life enrichment team works tirelessly to provide vibrant activities and interesting outings to keep the residents feeling involved and connected to the world around them. I toured 9 ASL centers before choosing Ox G for my parents, and my family and I are 100% pleased with our decision!

The Oxford community is truly exceptional! I help oversee a caregiving agency and have the pleasure of working closely with Lindsy and Susan. Every interaction with them has been outstanding. They consistently go above and beyond for their residents, their families, and their staff. Whenever I have the opportunity to refer a family to Oxford, I do so with full confidence. I always enjoy visiting their community when I'm in the area—it's clear they are the best in town!

Oxford Grand has been such an amazing HOME for my mom. She moved in 18 months ago to the assisted living side and was immediately welcomed and truly felt at home. The accommodations, the events, the food and the entertainment were top notch. She has since moved into their Memory Care unit with a very easy transition. Everyone from the front office staff to the nurses and techs have truly been a blessing as we navigate this new journey. We've been very happy that we found such an amazing place so close to us for mom’s final days.
