This isn’t just a Senior facility, this is a family for your family. We were lucky enough to choose the right facility for our dad the very first time when we needed to get him the extra help. He was a very independent man his entire life and did not plan for what was going to come next, no matter how many times we tried to bring it up. He suffered a pretty bad case of dementia that came out of nowhere and progressed quickly and Healthpark treated him with the upmost respect and care and treated us like we were part of the family also. He took a spill in the night (again, uber independent, this was no fault of the facility) and they got him to the hospital quickly and continued to check on him often. He was sent to another facility (Life Care of Estero) for Rehab and Healthpark still continued to visit him and try to get him well to bring him “home”. Unfortunately he passed at Life Care of Estero where he was not treated well and called “mean” and drugged and a shell of himself. Your parents are your world and you never truly know if you’re doing the right thing, but Healthpark is a small facility that will love and care for them, it’s not flashy, it is quaint and it warm and I think that’s what we all want for our loved ones when it comes time to need that extra help.

I had such a great experience visiting Health Park Senior Living. The community is absolutely beautiful—well-kept grounds, modern amenities, and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, which really stood out to me. I left feeling confident about the idea of moving a loved one here when that time comes.

Mom is happy and doing so well at Healthpark Senior Living! The cottage provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere for life that is feels like a family's home. Dora, the Activities Director, pours herself into creating meaningful activities throughout each week and Mom enjoys all of them! All of the staff provide personal and caring relationships with Mom as they fulfill their roles in this new and challenging phase of Mom's life. We feel very fortunate to have found this very special place for Mom :)

I had my mom placed here for the last 5 years, and I wouldn't put a criminal in this place to be taken care of. They change directors and nursing staff more than they change the residence. It got so bad that they lost the ability to take care of Medicare patients and gave them all a 45-day notice. Department of elderly has done many investigations. I'm sure the reason for the loss of Medicare # not enough staff and what is their isn't capable of doing a good job. Do yourself favor and don't put your loved one here. All they want is all your $$. The current director and nursing staff should all be fired. They couldn't answer questions about my moms care on a regular basis. I was even told to call back on Monday because she was trying to get a sleep after I got a call from the doctor regarding a wound she got. I am so glad I found a place that actually cares, and my mom is clean and looked after.

This is one of the worst places on earth! Constant staff shortages and turnover with staff and administration. Ask them how many directors and Nursing staff they've had in the last year. Any awards they claim are complete joke. Finally they lost their ability to accept Medicaid and now are only insurance and private pay. Usually there is only 1 person watching the residents in each "Cottage" a horrible setup. The staff sits on their phones instead of caring for the residents. The place is dirty and in disrepair. The photos on Google maps are not representative of the conditions at all. My mom was frequently dirty and had greasy hair and feces soiled hands when I arrived to visit. I'm including photos. She would have skin tears, knots and bruises on her body and face and no one would alert me even though they had my number and instruction to let me know if anything happened. I would find out by showing up and then would be told they didn't know what happened and nursing was not notified. I've never in my life ever left a scathing bad review but this place needs to be investigated. Don't for the love of God leave your loved one here!
