Under new management - new Director who is very straight forward and professional. I was Very impressed , she was very helpful and I believe honest . The environment was happy and residents interacting in fellowship and some were even singing at their table at 2:00 in the afternoon. I took a friend to reserve a room and was invited to stay for dinner. The employees were so kind and efficient. The food was awesome! Their menu for the week had great variety with snacks and other options available. Very friendly place - met two women at the adjoining table and conversation. Met activity director who was very outgoing and had a happy personality. Lots of activities to be involved in and a very clean and well kept residence for clients to enjoy I highly recommend recommend checking out this facility if you have a family member or friend that needs an assistant living situation Cindy

We recently moved my parents into Klamath Falls Senior Living, and honestly, it’s been a really good experience. Brieauna was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everything was ready, making the room look great before move-in. Everyone there has been so kind and attentive. The maintenance team is super quick to respond, and when I had a billing question, Michelle made the process easy and took great care of it. We’re really grateful for the care and support our family has received and would absolutely recommend Klamath Falls Senior Living. Best, M

My mother has just moved into Klamath Falls Senior Living. Brieauna, the sales director helped make the process as easy as possible and made me and mom feel very comfortable the entire time. She is very knowledgeable and welcoming. She is very honest and upfront, and we really appreciate everything she did for us during this process. The place is clean, and the staff are very friendly. I did look at other senior livings in town and this one stood out the most. We are very happy with our decision.
