The Cottages is a well-run memory care community with a strong, compassionate team. Their commitment to dignity, safety, and resident-centered care is clear. Abby Farmer, Admissions Director, is professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Families are well supported throughout the process, and the community reflects a thoughtful approach to memory care.

Easy to get to place. Friendly and informative staff. Very secure areas for residents. Area we walked in looked and smelled clean. Residents looked happy and were friendly. Each had own private room. Lovely , clean garden areas for residents, looked inviting. Didn't pay a price to visit .

The Cottages At Belleair is a cute assisted living community. I enjoyed my tour with Abbie. The 7 cottages are updated and each has a well-shaded front porch area to enjoy sitting outdoors where the grounds are quiet, filled with beautiful oak trees and well-maintained. If you are looking for bedrooms with shared common areas this is the place to be. When I told Abbie my mother would need rehab first, she even recommended a couple of nice nearby rehab centers for mom.

Cottages at Belleair does a great job of welcoming its new residents and providing a warm, friendly environment for them and the families/friends that come to visit. You can tell the staff cares about everyone, and that does make a difference in the care and comfort they provide. Our family appreciates you all at Cottages - Keep up the good work!

This was a warm, friendly and inviting community! The leadership team is built with some of the absolute BEST in the business! I was greeted with open arms and warm friendly smiles! I would place my family here without any doubts or concerns. It’s a large campus with plenty of opportunities for your loved one to safely enjoy the fresh air and to sit outside where as most places you cannot! I loved the cottages and the home feeling I got walking in! The residents were clean happy and eager to greet you as you walked around touring. Keep up the fabulous work, Dawn! I love what you have built here and the staff were all friendly!
