Pacifica Senior Living Pinehurst

My father is in the memory care section and the care he gets is less than good. They change workers often. I’m not sure how qualified any of them are. I’m sure they do not pay them very well and it shows He isn’t instructed to brush his teeth they don’t put in his hearing aids, they don’t turn on the TV for him and his room is dirty when we have gone there many times sometimes it smells very disappointing for how much we’re paying. We do have pictures of the way his room has looked several time we have gone to visit. The cost is pretty expensive I guess average for senior memory care. We are going to find another place that can and will take care for him better.

This facility has some of the best staff working there. The staff that work there gives their everything to the residents who live there. When you walk in you feel that you’re in a home living with one big family. The love there is overwhelming. There are activities daily keeping the residents on their toes and busy. Whether it be walking outside, planting flowers in the garden, or playing simple games in the homes. They are busy keeping the residents occupied. The cook who works there has amped up the menu and there are nothing but compliments on her food. Yvette and Shalynn who are the Executive Director and Business Office Manager there are outstanding. They truly give their all to the facility, staff, and residents who live there. I would recommend putting family there to anyone who asked. Thank you to the staff who works there!

I currently live here, and I absolutely love it. The staff are very nice and always happy to help the residents. They treat us just like their family. The cook does a fantastic job on our meals, even bakes homemade desserts. The houses are clean and comfortable. I would recommend this community to others needing a little extra help in their later years or just want to have more companionship.

My aunt lives at this facility and the people who work there call me anytime there's anything that's a concern. I even get text message pictures and can't wait for the summer. They have BBQs in the Courtyard every weekend which is what my aunt loves the most. Also, the nurse there lives on-sight so she's always available which is something we've never seen before. We are very lucky to have found a home in Pinehurst.

Pacifica Senior Living treats their residents as of they were family. The staff is always caring and quick to respond to any of the residents needs. I recommend this place for any elderly who need that extra help or to one who needs respite care. The facility is well maintained and the grounds are very well kept. The big highlight is the fountain in the middle of the Court yard. It is beautiful and all the residents love sitting around it. There is also a garden for the residents to grow vegetables or flowers.
