Great tour. Gabi explained everything and was thorough. She even informed us about things we didn’t know to ask. The place is clean, bright, pleasant. Rooms are very nice. The residents appeared content, some came up to us to say hello.

Good Morning. I am a musical 🎼 performer at this community. I've performed here for the past couple years. I've found the staff and guests most congenial and professional. The premises are immaculate at all times. Very accommodating atmosphere. Vanessa, Elijah and Tammy are marvelous and how they care for the residents. Overall, the staff does a really nice job at the facility. However, there aren’t as many staff as there used to be. This is causing longer wait times to to get out of bed, and having a young Staff Member being in charge of both the desk, the phones, the residents in the front area and letting open the door. This needs to be addressed.

We can't say enough about how amazing Pacifica Spring Valley is. All of the staff are so sweet and caring and treat my mom like she is family. Vanessa, the Activities Director, is just an angel and has so many fun activities for the residents. Deanne, the Sales Director, was not only informative but showed a lot of kindness and compassion with transitioning my mom to a new home. My husband and I highly recommend Pacifica Spring Valley to care for your loved ones.
