My mother has been in Victoria Court since May 2025 and I could not be more pleased with the care she receives there. Everyone, from management down, treats her and my family with respect and are very friendly. I was surprised but pleased when Rhoda Smith, the executive director, sent an email to family updating us on what they would be doing during the snow storm this past weekend. The nursing staff always keeps me updated on mom’s condition and the med techs and CNAs are top notch. The front desk desk staff knows who we are there to visit and interacts very well with the residents. The food service staff even knows to bring mom a second cup of coffee in the morning. Maintenance staff responds very quickly to any problems. They also have activities for the residents and even family activities which we have participated in. I highly recommend Victoria Court if you need a memory care facility for your loved one.

Victoria Court Memory Care is a truly lovely and amazing place to choose for your loved one. The entire team provides compassionate, attentive care, and the residents enjoy delicious meals in a warm, welcoming environment. Each week, the Activities Director creates a fun and engaging calendar that keeps residents active, happy, and socially connected. There is always something meaningful and enjoyable happening. The community is beautifully managed by an outstanding Executive Director, and it truly shows in the quality of care and the positive atmosphere throughout the property. If you are looking for a safe, caring, and enriching place for your family member, Victoria Court Memory Care gives you a million reasons to feel confident in your choice. ❤️

From the first time you visit Victoria Court, and every time after that, you will feel welcomed. Starting with Madeline, a kind, quiet receptionist with the best smile who covers the morning shift, and in the afternoon, Anna, an equally personable and effervescent representative who greets people in the afternoons The staff here (all of them) have not only given John my husband.the respect and confidence he deserves but they took the time to learn about his extensive Corporate career and have been utilizing his skills in the facility ever since. Because they work hard, often for long hours at time, each of the staff deserves individual recognition and appreciation, They have become Johns new family and now ours too. Starting with Rhoda. She is the person in charge but no matter how busy she might be, she always has time to talk, learn family names and listen. Sam is the very approachable sales and marketing liaison between the families, residents and staff. Rad is the very congenial representative in charge of maintenance and impressively strong like Superman. Two days ago he carried my husband’s new refrigerator from the lobby to Johns room. Trish is the new recreation director and always willing to listen to new ideas participate, encourage and lead the various daily events. Sue the Nurse is very competent, will always have the time of day for you and answers questions in a timely manner either personally or by text. Ida is a very personable medical assistant who is always available when needed. Nellie is the friendly quiet CNA with the great smile who just gets things done., Fred is the quiet and fun chef who always wants to please the residents and does. And Maria is the amazing, very competent cleaning person who makes sure the building is spotless from top to bottom and always has time to say hi on her way by. So if you are in the market for a memory care facility for a loved one, do yourself a favor and call Victoria Court to arrange a tour. We all understand that is a difficult decision to consider memory care but isn’t it well worth your time to know that your loved one is safe. Not all facilities are as personable. We know, we looked at a few of them before deciding on Victoria Court. And those other facilities continue to call us, hoping we’ll change our minds. We have not And the happy ending is that my husband likes it there. He is a highly functioning charming man now with dementia and he understands that he needs to be there but is, as we are all, appreciative that he has found a safe and positive place to stay. The staff at Victoria Court keep John engaged and involved with their community and that makes all the difference in his world

My dear aunt has been a resident of Victoria Court for nearly five years. The expert care she has received there all this time goes beyond my expectations. All staff members who I come in contact with are caring, respectful and compassionate to her needs. One particular employee has been a constant in her life there and her name is Anna Carbone. From staffing the front desk to taking care of the residents' needs to providing activities for them, Anna is the absolute best. She individually engages each resident during activity time in fun and appropriate ways according to the needs of each resident. My aunt lights up each time she sees Anna. Anna is a gem and an integral part of the Victoria Court staff in Cranston, RI. My aunt had two siblings who were also residents, but have sadly since passed away. They were also always cared for in an exceptional way by the entire staff. I was always so impressed of how the staff helped my aunt after their passing. Anna was also a huge contributor to that healing process for her. It is a comfort to me that my aunt receives such high quality care. It certainly brings me peace and happiness that Anna is always there to support my loved one in any way possible.

Three years ago we had to make a very difficult decision to place our mom in assisted living. She was in one facility for 6 months and we were very unhappy so we decided to move her to Pacifica Victoria Court. My boyfriends mom had been there and he highly recommended this facility. We met with them and moved her in within a couple of weeks. Everyone was so welcoming and compassionate starting with the first person you meet when you walk in, Anna the concierge. She made us feel like family and loved my mom from that moment. She loves and cares for all the residents and does her part to make sure they are safe and well cared for. The place is always clean, especially my moms room, thanks to Lori and Maria in housekeeping and laundry. They too treated my mom like family and always made sure her room and clothes were clean. My sister and I visited my mom almost everyday and when we couldn't make it they would send us pictures of her participating in activities and to let us know she was okay. We were very grateful that they were always watching out for her. Thank you!
