The Palace Gardens has been and continues to be an amazing home for our mother. The care and attention she receives there is nothing short of exceptional. Our family would like to commend the the whole staff for their attention to detail and loving approach with which they care for our mother. We would highly recommend the Palace Gardens at Homestead, as a new residence for your loved ones. I would personally like to commend Viviana, Indira, and all the staff for their professionalism and dedication to all of their residents. Our decision to move our mother there was not a light one, as we researched many facilities, not only in Florida, but throughout the country. We couldn't be happier for our mother because we know we made the right choice. She is not only cared for, she is genuinely loved here at the Palace. Thank you to all of you at the Palace, for your continued commitment in making sure our mother has and is receiving the dignity, respect, admiration and love that you have afforded her.

My mother spent the last eight months of her life at The Palace Gardens Assisted Living Facility in Homestead, FL, and I could not be more grateful for the extraordinary care she received. From the very beginning, the staff made both my mother and me feel supported, informed, and genuinely cared for. I want to give special recognition to Arlenis, Viviana, Indira, and Mickey, who were absolutely exceptional. Their compassion, patience, and professionalism helped guide me through every stage of my mother’s transition into assisted living. They took the time to educate me about the mental and emotional adjustments my mother would experience, and because I live in Atlanta, their proactive communication was invaluable. I always felt informed, reassured, and confident that my mother was in good hands. A heartfelt thank you also goes to Nurse Griselda and the entire nursing staff. Their personal attention, kindness, and professionalism were evident every single day. They treated my mother with dignity and tenderness, and that meant the world to me. The facility itself is immaculate, warm, and inviting. Within just a month, the staff felt like extended family to both me and my mother. The environment is not only clean and well-maintained, but also full of life. The team does an outstanding job keeping residents mentally and physically engaged with a wide variety of activities and events. It’s clear that they care deeply about the well-being of every resident, especially those who may be struggling to adjust to a new environment. I also want to express my appreciation for Adrian, who supported me throughout the onboarding process. His follow-up, attention to detail, and genuine concern helped me navigate the difficult decision of choosing the right place for my mother. His guidance played a major role in my confidence that The Palace Gardens was the best choice. Overall, my mother received excellent care at The Palace Gardens. The staff’s compassion, professionalism, and dedication gave my family peace of mind during a very emotional time. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anyone seeking a safe, caring, and truly exceptional place for their loved one.

I'm so happy to have found this wonderful place for our mom. The Palace is so much more than an assisted living facility; it is home. The incredible staff - Shelly, Griselda, Micky, Indira Alejandro, Ricky, Ari, Olga, Martha, Arlenis, Viviana - and anyone I may have missed- became our extended family, caring not only for our mom but also reassuring and supporting us during her stay. They offer many social interactions including daily happy hours, awesome monthly family parties in addition to the activity-packed daily offerings for the residents to enjoy. The food is excellent with a restaurant style menu, compared to other places that just dole out the food to their residents. The care provided by the CNA's and RN's is superb. EVERY member of the staff is involved in the residents' life and truly cares about them and their family. I highly recommend the Palace Gardens!

The Palace Gardens in Homestead was amazing. They took care of my father with Alzheimer's until his last day. The staff take their time to get to know each of their residents and there is a daily schedule of things to do to keep residents entertained and stimulated. When my father became bed-bound, they ensured that he was checked often to talk with him, feed him, give hand massages, etc.. No matter what, he was always dressed, bathed, and fed, his hair was groomed, and nails trimmed. Outside nurses and doctors always remarked on how great his skin was taken care of. Concerns for his healthcare was always addressed warmly and promptly from the head nurse and they always followed up with us. In addition, The Palace always creates monthly events that help encourage family members to come and visit. We know how kids can be visiting grandparents, so these events always had kid friendly activities as well as for adults. The food is delicious and my father always enjoyed getting his coffee and cookies or ice cream as an extra treat whenever we came by to visit. This is the best assisted facility in our county. Highly Recommended.

The Palace Gardens in homestead is an exceptional facility that provided the best care in the world for my mom. At first we were hesitant about placing our mom in an assisted living facility, but after making a difficult decision to move forward, our family felt our mom was living with our new extended family. The love and care shown our mom is beyond words. The staff are exceptional and Viviana is loving, caring and moves mountains to ensure the family was always informed of our moms care/needs. Whenever we had questions or concerns Giulia the facility director, made herself available to all. Giulia runs the facility and always makes time for family members, she's fantastic. Her energy and leadership skills are visible throughout the facility, she leads a great team and ensures the facility always looks its best. I want to thank the Palace Gardens Team of employees for making my mom stay full of many happy memories. We love you guys and will always be eternally grateful.
