cconstant baddle , never new what was going on , much leglect of wifes personal care and cleaning of her personal things , food not fit to eat , wife couldnt feed her self , staff didnt seem to notice or know it .... food her eating soup with her fingers while two staff stood 5 feet away talking to each other . when i asked Questions , office silenced staff to me , i could only speak to bosses . they owned her . glad she servied! not about help here , all about money ! its a buisness not care place . sad sad , one day they will all be old too ... they will reap what theyve sowed !cant tell you how many times I cleaned poo from my wife my self there , few times it was dryed and hard. was often !! rarely was cleaned well , this is just sick !!! 6500$ per month for neglect !! its a buisness not care !

My grandma was placed here for memory care. There was few nurses who truly did their job. Most were lazy and abusive. She was not fed unless a family was there visiting to help her. She was attacked at night by another patient multiple times in her bedroom. She was traumatized to shower and be changed due to the cruelty of nurses who would squeeze and pinch her. There were nail marks specifically twice breaking skin and blood with the same nurse. She was removed from care today. DO NOT RECOMMEND

Palm Cottages has been a true blessing for our family. The staff is warm, attentive, and truly cares about each resident. The community is clean, safe, and full of life—my parent has made wonderful friends and loves the daily activities. The food is great, the atmosphere is peaceful, and the care is top-notch. We couldn’t ask for a better place!

Palm Cottages is a wonderful option for your loved ones. It’s a unique and cozy setup u like anything else in Brevard. Conveniently located and with all inclusive care. The residents were just telling me today about all the fun outings they go on! The staff truly cares about the residents and makes them feel at home.

As others have mentioned here, Loretta is amazing! We had an emergency situation with my 100-year old mother. Loretta literally moved mountains to get a place for my mother - even though she knew it was probably a temporary solution. We will be forever grateful. As with most such facilities, staffing is an issue on and off. However, Palm Cottages boasts a group of highly competent, dedicated staff (Sissy,, Pasha, Pashenique).who are always cheerful and active and keep things humming. The wagon-spoke concept for helping deliver care really does work and help is always a button click away. Meals are important and looked forward to and the cooks are incredibly accommodating . All in all, we are thankful for the care from each and every staff member. If you are looking for a home for a parent or yourself, you can be assured that Palm Cottages will find the best option for you.
