Dont send your love ones here. The facility is disgusting and whats even more disgusting is the admin Kristi. Terrible management, u cant even talk to her without her being defensive. Worst attitude. She needs to be replaced.

They treat my mom horribly. Steal stuff from residents. Christie yells at everyone and told a resident that the only way she would be leaving there was in a body bag. There is no actual medical staff. When my mom was in disposable underpants they only changed her once a day and never on the weekends. Saul returned a package sent to my mom because it had my name instead of hers. I had called the facility to let them know what was going on and Dave said he would leave a note on the desk about it. They refused to receive the package on purpose and sent it back. It was a replacement phone because my mom broke hers and they wouldn’t let me talk to her during Christmas time and repeatedly told me she didn’t want to talk to me and that is why she wasn’t calling me back. They regularly try to feed my mom food she is allergic to. This is the place people without families go to die.

It's not that kind of upscale community, but it's always clean and the staff is friendly and welcoming everytime I went to visit my grandpa. Most importantly, the staff care residents and my grandpa is well taken care of.

I'll tell you what, this was the cleanest places I've ever been in and I used to work QA for some knock off lysol brand. The food was no mama's cookin' but darn close. In fact, mama might lose her spot as head cook in our house. All the med techs were super nice, gentle and patient with our grandfather. Hell, I might check myself in here.

Palm valley has a homey comfortable atmosphere. The building is clean and the staff is very caring and professional.
