PALM VIEW PLEASANT LIVING

My brother has been living at Palm View Pleasant Living since February of 2023. Since he has been there we have been very happy with the care the facility provides him. The facility is always very clean and he tell me often he is happy with the meals they provide him. The nurses always inform me is any issues he might be having that need my attention or medical attention. Overall, this is a great facility that really cares for the elder and disabled. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking to place a loved one for care.

Horrible. Admins, owners only care about the men showing up with their old parents. They are disrespectful and do not care about the elderly. They will charge your insurance even if you leave. Shut this place down.

My mom has been here for approx. 3 months and we both love it. Within the first few days all the staff knew her name, knew how to look after her and her dementia and treated her like family. She was also up and dressed every day, sitting in the dining room, mixing with friends and eating!! This was not the case in her previous facility. I love this facility and the staff and director, Snedha. They understand how hard it is to place a family member in a care facility and make the transition pleasant and bearable. They keep you updated on what's going on and if there are any concerns that need to be addressed. They make sure my mom takes her medication daily (which was a challenge before). The facility is clean, the food is great, the AC and heaters work great which is always a concern for older people and I am welcomed every time I visit with happy smiling faces. I looked for a long time for a place for my mom, and this residence is far nicer than anywhere I ever thought I could find for her. Thank you to the staff for all their love and support and I hope my mom can live the rest of her days here!!

When looking for an assisted living facility for my mom about a year and a half ago, someone at a convalescent home where she had been placed recommended Palm View Pleasant Living. We looked at several places that accepted memory care patients, and chose Palm View. We are very glad we did. The staff is professional and very caring. My mom seems happy and content there. The facility is clean and smells good. The pricing is also very competitive.

Do not trust the reviews!! This place might look beautiful but the Admin and staff do not care. If you want your family members to be dehydrated, only given 8oz of fluid a day, being refused snacks as the employees eat them themselves then just maybe this is the place you’re looking for. It is a toxic environment, the staff pick and choose which residents they want to care for properly. “ This is a beautiful facility! So excited for this to open up and I can't wait to place my grandma soon :) Met the admin and she is so helpful” - this is a review from the “admin” herself. Don’t trust the reviews! Observe very closely before putting your family members in here. AND PLEASE IF YOU DO GO VISIT THEM FREQUENTLY TO BE SURE THEY ARE SHOWERED, CHANGED, HYDRATED, AND BEING GIVEN THEIR PROPER MEDICATIONS. They bully their staff members who are in their right minds. Imagine what happens to those not in their right mind living there.
