Palm Villas deserves the highest rating in elderly care! My mom has been a resident there for close to eight years and they have always taken excellent care of her. She is well tended to and treated like family. The facility is very clean and the workers there are very kind, hard working folks who truly care about the residents. The owner and staff are the best. As my mom's needs have changed throughout the years they have always made each transition as seamless as possible and always make sure that my mom gets the care that she needs. Throughout the year they have parties for the residents and their families allowing the family traditions we all love to keep going. It's all the little details that make this place one of the best! If you are looking for an assisted living home, I recommend taking a tour of this facility. It truly feels like home. I can't say enough good things about it!

I couldn’t be happier with Palm Villas and the way they look after my mom. She’s always very clean, safe and comfortable. Her bedding and clothes are laundered daily and she’s well cared for. After having a bad experience with a corporate place, it’s such a relief to be dealing with a privately owned memory care establishment. Garry, the owner is on top of things and if you ever have a problem, one call into him puts things right—instantly! He’s also a very nice guy and his team are also very caring, thoughtful and experienced. Everyone who works there has experience working with the elderly. They anticipate your loved one’s needs and they’re never hard to reach on the phone or by email. The facilities are always clean and tidy and their prices are competitive. My wife and I have toured many of the senior care facilities in the Redwood City/San Jose area and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Palm Villas for Memory Care.

We chose Palm Villas in Redwood City back in 2018 as the memory care facility for taking good care of my father. We were looking for a facility that was medium sized and not part of a giant corporate organization. The team at Palm Villas provided excellent & compassionate care for may father for nearly 5 years until his passing in late September of 2022. Gary the owner is a kind caring man in addition to Nora who manages the office with utmost professionalism. The food is always fresh and tasty as I tasted it often when I visited my father at lunch or dinner time. Letticia the head chef has been there for years making excellent nutritious meals. The caretakers are all kind and friendly and took care of my dad as if he was their own father. I recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a loved one with dementia or Alzheimer
