Our Mom has been living here since 4/2025. Although it has taken her a while to acclimate, she has grown to love her caregivers here and has made many friends. The facility is clean, beautiful, and well-kept. The staff is friendly and is always concerned for their clients. The food is good. Could be better.....but good. The grounds are beautiful with outdoor entertaining areas and a pergola. Overall, a great option!

Mom was in assisted living at the Palmettos in Mauldin for almost 4 years. All staff were amazingly attentive and supportive of Mom’s needs and our concerns. Trustworthiness, reliability, and communication are their hallmarks, including a move to memory care about a month before Mom died. This is the place for long term care. 5 Stars!—David Thompson

My mom received such excellent care at The Palmettos! The staff loved and cared for her very well, and considered her "theirs" until she passed away there in her room, surrounded by people she knew. Every time I mentioned to someone else that my mom was at The Palmettos, their faces would light up and they would tell me what a great place it is. I know - that's why she was there! So thankful for their care for her!

The Palmettos has been a wonderful "second home" for our mother. We love the small community that is created for the residents by the staff there. From the personalized nursing care and the creative activities director to the delicious meals and sweet support staff, we could not have chosen a better place for our mother.

The Palmettos has been an excellent experience for our mother and our family. Mom had been in a revolving door, of hospitalizations, and rehabilitation centers, and when she was finally stabilizing, we wanted the best assisted living for her. The available options closest to her home were less than optimal. We did our research and settled on the Palmettos. Mom has been happy and we know she is very well cared for. Staff are very attentive and responsive to her and our needs I would highly recommend The Palmettos for anyone looking for this level of care for their loved ones.
