PALMS AT BONAVENTURE, THE

I have lived at The Palms approximately 11/2 years. So far I have had a pleasant experience. It's a wonderful facility to live in. The staff really treats me great and the meals are always very good. I enjoy all the trips such as scenic drives, the entertainment from outside who put on two hours of fun. All in all I would highly recommend anyone who asks me about The Palms. I would say it's a great facility.

My mom has lived at The Palms for a little over a year now. She is very happy there. They recently were renovated it and it's beautiful. The staff is all very caring and attentive to her needs. Many of the caregivers are especially kind. They have a lot of fun things going on throughout the day. My mom especially enjoys the entertainers. I have had many meals with her in the dining room and they were all very good. I can't tell you how much peace it brings me to know she is safe and well taken care of. I would highly recommend this place for your aging parent.

All of the directors here are friendly and knowledgeable. As someone who grew up with a mom who worked in AL most of my life, I would trust this community to take care of a loved one. Beautiful grounds and attentive staff. You can tell they care about their residents and the event turnouts always look amazing.

My wife and I looked at many places for her Mother, and The Palms was by far the best place we visited. She had a lot of needs and requirements, but they are able to handle all of them. The staff is professional and friendly. The facilities offer her a lot of programming and she is never bored. She's 92 years old and living her best life here.

Husband is really enjoying his care at The Palms - VERY friendly staff, clean and well managed. Lots of activities and feels very inviting. Every single person genuinely cares about the patients and their families. Totally would recommend this care facility!
