My parents lived in the Villas. The apartment was nice and maintenance was mostly efficient. However, the once a week cleaning was basically a joke. My parents had to hire their own service. The food was horrible. Not only the choices and quality, but they ran out of everything! How can that happen when you have a set number of diners? I would not recommend a 5 -Star run facility anywhere.

This review has been a long time coming. My mother-in-law spent the last few years of her life at the Palms of St. Lucie West and I cannot say enough good things about our experience there. We chose The Palms of SLW for its intimate and cozy (and super clean!) enivironment as well as the care and kindness of its staff. Jennifer and John were so kind, patient and always helpful. The staff on the 2nd floor were so caring, especially Amy and Santie - just amazing! Thank you all for taking such good care of Marie. We so appreciate it!

My mom lives at the Palms and we could not be happier with the facility as a whole and the amazing care she receives. The staff are amazing and caring, and have become like extended family. The facility is well cared for; clean and beautiful. Mama’s room is cleaned every day, and her laundry is done frequently. The food is good, as well as nutritious, and great selections and portions. Cost is one of the best we’ve encountered when looking for something for our mom. They offer lots of activities - with close attention to the many residents with a wide level of abilities - along with lots of special holiday events . I could not be happier with our choice of this facility!!

We visited today and spoke with Jennifer this afternoon about placement of my mother in the Palms. Jennifer was outstanding and made my wife and I feel like part of the family! The place was very clean and everyone had a smile on their face. I think my mom will love the place. Update: My mom moved in on April 1, 2022, and she loves it! She feels like part of the family and is treated that way. Excellent atmosphere, everyone is happy to be there and staff are loving and caring. Always communicating any issues or concerns with me👍 Great place, and never worried about whether mom is taken care of!
