Well I don’t like the fact that they keep the patents rooms locked at all times and also when patients in there own rooms the doors are closed and locked from the outside each time I went to visit they had to on lock my dads room to let us in ! I don’t like this and I’m researching to see what. Can do went to visit one late evening around 6 he was in his room with the door shut and locked they had to let me in his room was a mess spelled like pee food under his bed I went in they shut the door behind me and locked it when I left an hour later all Doors was shut with patients inside and was locked!! This is not right nor safe and I am going to report this

“Memory care” if that’s what you want to call it REEKS of urine. Everything is sticky. “Care” givers are lazy and rude. Only care about smoking and staring at their cellphones. Extremely overpriced for the lack of care and consideration received. Your loved ones are just a paycheck to them. Disgusting excuse for a care facility. Run far and run fast.

My grandmother was there for a short time recently and we had a wonderful experience. She raved about the food and apparently they have multiple substitutions if you don't like what's on the menu for the day. The nurses and aides made me feel very comfortable leaving her there. She always looked clean and well put together, it never smelled bad, and her room was always cleaned. I talked to the housekeeper Laura once about an issue and it was fixed super fast and never happened again. If we ever have the need to put someone in assisted living again, it will 100% for sure be here.

Very clean facility no matter what time of day or day of the week I visited. The staff cared for my family member like they were caring for thwir own family, and they took care of me as well, offering snacks or water. Would absolutely recommend!

When we made the decision to place my grandmother in an assisted living home, like most, we had our worries. But the entire staff at Paramount put those concerns to ease from the very start. They are everything that any family could hope for when making a decision like this. The entire staff is very loving and welcoming, which truly makes it feel like home. You can see they truly CARE for their residents, always going above and beyond for their well-being & comfort. The facility and rooms are always very clean and well taken care of, along with having amazing food options and quality. Another thing I love about Paramount is how open they are to visitors of all ages! Making it so easy for my grandmother to see her kids, grandkids & great grandkids at any time, which was so very important to us. We are so thankful for the wonderful care and love my grandmother is receiving here! I highly recommend to anyone & everyone who is trying to find a place for their loved ones.
