None of these places are perfect! But all of the staff I met were very kind and caring, and the place doesn't reek of urine which I have encountered at other facilities. Your loved one will be safe and taken care of here and that's all that really matters.

My mother is new to the community. This whole process was stressful for me, until I came across Paramount. My first contract was with Ms. Elaine. She was very helpful and patient. She did everything she said she was going to do. She was able to work with my mother’s budget the best she could. All the staff is nice and friendly. When my mother arrived all the staff greeted her at the front door to introduce themselves. All the residents are up moving around socializing with each other. They all look healthy and happy. My Mother likes it there. I would definitely recommend this ALF. Thanks for the help.

Elaine Smith is truly exceptional! When we faced an urgent situation with my father, Elaine went above and beyond with her understanding and flexibility. She kept us well-informed every step of the way, demonstrating incredible patience and compassion that eased our stress immensely. The warm welcome my father received from the key staff during admissions made him feel right at home. I can’t praise Elaine and her team enough for the outstanding care they provided. Paramount is truly a wonderful place!

I just visited this place as my wife will need memory care in the next few months. I like almost everything about this location, except the front area/door security seemed to be very shaky. I am a retired security professional from the United States Government, so my standards are high, but my wife likes to run away from home and their front area security was not great. They also had a sales/marketing person who reminded me three times she had a concealed carry permit. I do not know why this was relevant to our conversation in any form and I am concerned that this woman has some issues with her own life she has not yet resolved. This person was identified as a trainee. Remember that during a visit you are assessed in a way for bringing your loved one there as a resident, but I am 100 percent assessing the staff to ensure the location is safe and secure for my wife. They assess - I assess. I am ready for follow up with senior management on this opinion, as it is leveraged by 32 years in the USG and extensive experience dealing with people who are unstable in some way. Having said this, I found the facility to be very good and most staff members were very interactive and friendly with the residents. The photo attached with this review is taken of the main entrance I have concerns about.

I toured Paramount Senior Living back in July for my grandmother who was recently diagnosed with dementia. When I toured the community they were going through renovations but the feeling that I got when I walked in was a family like atmosphere. The staff and the residents looked happy. Unfortunately, my grandmothers other health conditions prevented her from being able to go there due to her needing more of a skilled nursing environment. If the need arises Paramount will be our first choice.
