My father has been at Paramount for over 3 years. My mother was also there for about a month before she passed. Everyone from the receptionist (all shifts) to the Director is friendly and caring. They handle everything from handling medicine to social activities for the residents. The nurses are outstanding and willing to answer any questions my family or I have about the care they provide. I looked at other places and felt that this was the best place for my parents.

I met Hanna Wantz, the Executive Director, when she handled admissions. She was very helpful and was concerned about our needs and helped me to decide that Paramount was the place for my mother. Mom would be taken care of correctly. I had gone to visit 5 other assisted living locations and my mother was under the care of a facility that I wanted to get her out of. Paramount has been a very good choice. My mother has received their care and assistance for 2 years. The staff takes very good care of her. Mary and Judy on the front desk are excellent and attentive to my mothers needs for transportation, etc., and the nursing team and helpers are always attentive. Outside medical care and checkups are handled when needed and promptly. They communicate well and in a timely manner, including the outside care givers that are brought in.
