Upscale, beautiful grounds and apartments for senior independent, assisted living, and memory care. Lovely views of surrounding forested community. Saltwater pool. Many organized activities. Onsite dining. Most importantly...really nice and attentive staff and friendly, helpful residents. Highly recommended.

Excellent at taking your money, deceitfully beautiful exterior, truly ugly inside and out staff. The worst place you could possibly check in your most precious loved ones. My grandmother lived here a week before she suffered an egregious fainting spell from a UTI. She was deceitfully promised to be treated with care and respect at this top notch Facilty, but was instead restricted from eating without a bib and lovingly forced to ride in a wheel chair instead of using her walker - for shame. Her walker was **accidentally** removed from her living quarters and placed in a separate room unbeknownst to she, my aunt, my mother, and my grandmothers physical therapist. It was a tragic loss and experience, but due to the staffs illiteracy, no one was to blame in the end for this innocent affair. How could anyone have known that labeling a walker under the seat, on the handles, and other various locations would not be enough to curtail such an event? The walker was eventually recovered, and once all of the labels were shown to the staff, they unapologetically explained their predicament that literacy is not indeed a requirement for their positions at the Parc Retirement Community. Thankfully, the conflict remained unresolved and my grandmother found a new place to live. At this new facility, the managers are literate, they do not wear tight and revealing leather pants, and will indeed not misplace any clearly labeled possessions of their tenants. This is a wonderful community for anyone who would prefer their loved ones be shown indecency, disrespect, and embarrassment on a regular basis. If this sounds like your kind of community, then look no further and check-in today! There’s always vacancy with the amount of dissatisfied customers- they guarantee it. Give leather pants lady a hug for me when you check in. She’ll appreciate the love 💓

Very attractive facility, kept spotless by a super staff. Riley led me through the whole place and expertly explained the process of becoming a resident. She’s very knowledgeable, super friendly, and easy to talk with. I’m still looking but Parc is high on my list!

I have visited the community several times. The community always looks so nice and inviting and the residents are wonderful. Every team member I have met really seems to care about the residents and everyone is always so happy to help.

My grandmother was one of the first residents to move into the Independent Living portion of The Parc when it opened in 2017. Her experience has been wonderful. She loves the staff like they are extended family. She has a group of friends who all eat wonderful and tasty meals together every night, giving her the social life she was missing while living alone. The Parc takes the residents on weekly outings to town including shopping trips, meals, and museums. I never worry about her safety or comfort for a moment. She is happy and taken care of excellently. She never wants to move.
