This is a shout out and special thank you to Park Place (formerly United Heritage) for the care they gave my mom. Having bought this place about two years ago, owners - Randy, Heidi and the entire staff were a God send to my mom and our family. We were blessed mom had a kind, Christian community with such caring people to spend her last days. I highly recommend Park Place for anyone who wants to ensure their loved ones are well cared for when family is unavailable. The staff are accepting and loving towards the residents in ways that matter - spending time with them, seeing that they had the little things...no matter how small and always keeping the family informed of all health changes. I was pleasantly surprised by the average number of years most of the employees have in elder care - accepting and embracing the residents at wherever they are currently in their journey. Such a blessing! šŸŒ·šŸ™šŸ’—šŸŒ·

Ensign, has confused the well run operation of this place...with a very busy turn over,...the help is low in number with no incentive to go the extra mile...the lady that initially evaluated, and accepted us has been replaced 2 or 3 times....no NURSE on premisses around the clock...the food is the cheapest with little consideration of the aging having difficulty chewing the overcooked inferior choices....the facility is older but clean and spacious.

Prices have gone sky high,Not much for residents to do there. Quality and portion of food is rated fair to poor. Frequent turnover of lower staff and of higher staff. At least it's safe.

When ensign took over they killed the place and everything good about it.. It has suffered massive turn over and has gotten increasingly lower scores for everything each year

I just found out that a recent State Inspection showed no core deficiencies and that the Inspectors were impressed with the RN's and their nursing care. This says a lot about Heritage Assisted Living and Memory Care. The staff which has been there for many years possesses enormous patience which is a needed quality when caring for the elderly. They go out of their way to make residents comfortable and offer an affordable alternative to other facilities in the area.
