Park Provence - Level 3

Summer House is now my Happy Place. My husband and I decided (on our own) to fund a new home. We are both in our upper 80's and felt it was time to find an assisted living home while we could still enjoy the living ease. The staff is fantastic - always something to do if we wanted. The staff is caring, helpfull, fun and willing. The meals are improving and open to suggestions. The living apartments are quiet and with our own furnishings very comfortable. The grounds are well kept which makes the delightful to stroll in nice weather.

It took me a long time to make the decision to move my mom into a memory care facility. Moving her to Summer House Park Provence was the absolute best choice for her care. My mom is happy, and she loves it. The staff is caring and responsive to her needs. The nursing team is very attentive. Someone always has a funny and cute story to share. I visit her throughout the week at any time of the day. No matter the time, she is doing well. The facility is clean as well as her apartment. They contact me if there is a need or concern. I am at peace when I see her smile and know that she is receiving excellent care.

I just went to a cookie decorating event here and it was wonderful. Audrey was an exceptional hostess, treating us to delicious appetizers and a variety of beverages. I look forward to attending more events in the future.

We toured SummerHouse on Mardi Gras Day. We were looking for a place to move my father in law to. My husband and I made an appointment with Audrey and I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful Community! They had just had their annual Mardi Gras Ball and the room was still decorated beautifully for it. We toured the entire facility and one area was better than the next! We met residents and staff members. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The entire place was spotless! We met with Audrey for two and a half hours! She answered every question we had and was extremely knowledgeable and a great resource! I would consider moving here if that time would ever come. I would highly recommend SummerHouse to anyone who wants a top knock and caring facility!

Went to SummerHouse Park Provance today for the Holiday Baazar Punch Party! Let me start out by just saying we were a vendor & this is the most well thought out and put together vendor show. The building is beautiful! The staff is amazing and so welcoming. Audrey who put the show on is an absolute sweet heart. She goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of and makes you feel so welcomed. We will be back for more shows that they put on in the future. I would give 20 stars if I could!
