PARK SENIOR VILLAS AT GOODYEAR

I visited this facility for a Farmers Market event. This facility is uniquely designed with a beautifully landscaped courtyard in the center of the buildings. Lots of nice place for the residents to sit and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine. The staff are friendly and very attentive to the residents from what I observed. If I was in need of the type of care they provide, this would be a place to be. I would feel very comfortable having my loved one be cared for in this facility! They have a very bubbly Activity director which I also meant!

🌸 Heartfelt Review from a Grateful Daughter 🌸 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Caring and Compassionate Place — Park Senior Villas After calling and visiting numerous senior homes for my 80-year-old mother with dementia, none of them felt right. Then I spoke with Dawn at Park Senior Villas, and from that very first call, I knew this place was different. Her cheerful voice, positive energy, and genuine compassion immediately stood out. I sent my brother to visit that same day, and the next day I drove up from California to see it myself — and I absolutely loved it from the moment I walked in. The community was spotless, calm, and welcoming. The staff were happy, professional, and clearly cared about their residents. I also met Brian, the director, who is beyond amazing — he’s responsive, caring, and even allows you to text or call him after hours or on weekends if something comes up. (And yes, I did — and he always responded!) Both Dawn and Brian go above and beyond, and the caregivers there are truly angels. When I asked my mother if she liked it, she said she loves it! She’s happy, comfortable, and at peace. She didn’t want to go to a home at first, but now every time I visit, she’s smiling, excited, and truly happy. Park Senior Villas has exceeded every expectation. It’s one of those rare places that feels “too good to be true,” but it really is true. My family and I finally have peace of mind knowing my mother is in such a loving, safe environment. I can’t thank Dawn, Brian, and the entire team enough for all they do! ❤️

My sister has lived at Park Senior Villla since 2023. She needed more care than her previous facility was able to provide. I am very pleased with the care she has received at this assisted-living community. Brian Cruz-Andino, the general manager, is incredibly responsive – he even answers texts on weekends, which gives me such peace of mind. My sister’s villa has two caregivers, so she receives personalized care around the clock. With only 10 residents per villa, it truly feels like a family atmosphere. Meals are served right in each villa, which makes it feel warm and home-like rather than institutional. There are also many celebrations, engaging activities, and a wonderful social director who provides opportunities for all the residents to socialize. I’m so grateful my sister is in such a safe and caring place.

I have a friend at Park Senior Villas. When I took her, I was so afraid she would not like it at all. She had been all alone at home and that was not a good situation for her, no family, nobody to visit. The next time I came, she was out in the communal living room visiting with all the other residents and has been in that room every time I come. She doesn't stay in her room; she's out enjoying the company, which is great! The staff is very accommodating, from the front area management area to the caregivers in her villa. They all seem very caring and know her specific routines and wants and needs and try to accommodate them as best they can. I would recommend PSV to anyone with memory issues.

My father began suffering from dementia nearly a year ago when he lived in an assisted living facility. He was hospitalized during our attempt to move him to Park Senior Villas. Our paperwork was not yet completed when the hospital wanted him to be discharged and arranged for him be transported to a 1 star care facility. Park stepped in, arranged for him to be brought there, provided a temporary bed and immediate care while we arranged for his belongings to be moved. They ultimately saved his life without us even signing a single thing. Once he moved in, he gradually began to recover. The social interaction, the genuine care that the staff showed to each and every resident was not only impressive but made my father happy for the last 7 to 8 months of his life. When my father passed away, they even assisted me with transporting his personal items that were too large for me to get in my vehicle back to my home (granted, I live only 4 minutes away, but that showed once again the kindness and authentic empathy and caring nature of these people not only for the residents but their families as well). I will always be grateful. If you are considering moving a loved one here have no hesitation whatsoever. You'll be making the correct decision.
