PARK SUMMIT AT CORAL SPRINGS

I moved my mom into Park Summit’s assisted living building just a few weeks ago, and stayed with her for a week while she got acclimated and comfortable. In my week there, I had the privilege of seeing first hand how amazing the staff is, displaying nothing but kindness and care to the residents, meeting their needs, providing top notch care, offering wonderful events and social activities, preparing delicious meals… I could go on and on! From day one they made my mom feel welcome, important, and safe. The residents I met could not have been more pleased with Park Summit, with each assuring me I’d made the right choice for my mom. She has everything she needs in one building (which I appreciate, as it’s not overwhelming for someone with dementia), but she also has access to all of the offerings in the independent living buildings as well, with whatever assistance she may require from the staff. I feel confident she is in great hands and that she will thrive at Park Summit!

When my siblings and I had to make the difficult decision to move our mother out of her home of many years, we were determined to find a residence that could maintain her independence while also providing us with the reassurance that our mothers' health and safety would be improved while her quality of life was maintained. After visiting quite a few places, we found Park Summit and my impressions were that it would provide the environment and services that we were looking for. After our mother has been there nearly a month, we are very happy with our choice. We are seeing her adapting exceptionally well to her new environment and she is getting involved with many of the activities that Park Summit offers to their residents. We are seeing her very happy in her new surroundings and we are comforted by seeing her in a safer environment where the staff is both caring and professional in their interactions with our mother and all other residents we have seen.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. I just moved my dad from NY to Florida and have had the most amazingly positive experience with the team at Park Summit. Abby, our sales counselor, has been the most friendly, efficient, and accommodating professional from the first call all the way through to moving my dad into the facility. Throughout the entire process, she and her team have bent over backwards to make this a good experience for my dad. From our initial discussions regarding budget, timing, and room size, Abby has worked to meet all my dad’s needs. We had LOTS of questions, and she patiently and thoroughly answered all of them, making sure we were comfortable with everything and that this was the right place for my dad. At move in this week, the maintenance folks were right on top of everything, making sure the room was clean, and everything was in good working order. They came in right away and hooked up my dad’s TV’s and computer (which was my dad’s priority). They also hung drapes, shelves and pictures, so it would feel like home for my dad. I can’t say enough about the level of professionalism and friendliness of each and every staff member we’ve encountered at Park Summit. They really care about the health, wellness and comfort of their residents, and that’s evident in their interactions with the residents and their actions when something needs to be handled or addressed. I look forward to a great experience for my dad at Park Summit, and I can rest easily knowing he’s in good hands.

We are grateful to be able to have a second family member join the Park Summit community. For 4.5 years our Aunt called Park Summit home. She had a beautiful 2 bedroom unit and enjoyed the many perks of living in this community including great food and the dedicated staff who support her during her journey with Parkinson’s. This January we found ourselves facing decisions for our mother’s care. We called on Park Summit and were impressed with speed that Mika and Abby moved to help find an amazing unit and supported us to quickly have the unit ready in time for Mom’s hospital release. Mika and Abby met mom at the hospital and helped navigate paperwork quickly. The staff has been amazingly helpful, treating mom like a VIP. We appreciate the care and support from all on the staff. The assisted living team is awesome. 👏

We’ve had other family members live and thrive here at Park Summit so we were very happy that mom came here too. They are very well staffed in all departments and provide quick, professional and courteous service. This is the type of friendly living arrangements you absolutely need when it comes to the safety, security and senior enrichment of your loved ones. Park Summit has been a blessing.
