PARK TERRACE AT GREENWAY

Cathy Loveland, the Activities Director of Park Terrace Senior Living invited Visiting Angels of N.E. Phoenix and Glendale to do an Eating Healthy to Stay Healthy Event for their Residents. It is such a beautiful venue and everything was ready for us to present Dr. Whitney Grier to speak. There was full agreement of the attendees that the food at Park Terrace is Delicious!

My mother-in-law moved to Park Terrace after my husband visited a dozen independent living facilities. She lived there almost 10 years before she died. She loved it so much she didn't want to go anywhere else. The facilities are beautiful, but it's the people who made a difference. They were invariably patient and kind (even though she could be a handful) and responsive and kind to us, too. I cannot recommend Park Terrace highly enough.

What a gem of a place. From my first visit I felt like I was walking around on vacation at a beautiful resort. Dawn the community manager is so wonderful and easy going and just welcoming. She helped make my dad feel at ease and answered all our questions and puts on a great tour. I am so glad we found this place and think this can prolong my dad’s enjoyment of life. The price is such a value and so affordable for what you get. Not often I say that anymore. Highly recommend.

Great place to live and enjoy your life! Located in N Phoenix this property boasts amazing green views and huge area full. It’s very clean, friendly and secure. Gated community has massive parking lot, lots of green grass and palm trees. Hall has high ceilings, fountains and even grand piano. The restrooms are clean and nice and so is everything else, from pool table to patio. And of course the kitchen is great. The cheeseburger I had was excellent so were the onion rings. You can see it on my videos. As a musician I am happy to perform there and see happy faces of the residents who are always waiting for me to come back and who keep greeting me every time I am there. If you’re looking for Senior living this one is a must!

My mother has found a true home at Park Terrace by Corgir on Greenway Rd, and our family couldn't be more grateful. The dining experience is consistently a highlight. She enjoys three delicious meals a day with a fantastic variety of choices, always served with a smile by the wonderful dining servers and bartenders. My mom is always engaged, thanks to the activities encouraged by staff and other residents working together and helping each other. This promotes such a good living environment. The helpful encouragement instructors for Tai Chi, chair yoga, and swim aerobics have been fantastic, keeping her active and engaged. The location is simply excellent, especially with its proximity to healthcare providers for easy transport, which has been invaluable. And knowing there's a dedicated in-house medical team provides an extra layer of reassurance. Honestly, the entire staff is amazing. From the welcoming faces at the front desk to the diligent maintenance team who are always ready with their tools for any helpful task, their dedication shines through. Even the sales team looks out for residents, offering support if they ever want to explore a new location. It's this collective effort and genuine care that makes Park Terrace a truly special Independent living place.
